About the Association

The Winter Creek Estates POA works on behalf of the residents of the Winter Creek subdivision to protect, maintain and improve the common areas, privileges and interests of its residents. 

The Winter Creek Estates POA is solely comprised of volunteers that give their time and talents for the benefit of the neighborhood. If you would like to be a part of a group of people that value the importance of the quality of life in the neighborhood where you live, please contact any Board member to get involved.

Mission

To promote a sense of community, enhance the livability, safety, welfare and interests of the owners.  To preserve and enhance property values and the quality of life through the prudent use of resources for the benefit of all who live, visit or work in our Community. 

 

To provide responsible management and use of community assets that benefits all owners.  To provide amicable development of the community by the adherence of the covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements and pursuant to such purposes conduct any business and engage in any activity compliant to non-profit corporations under the laws of the State of Oklahoma for the benefit of the property and the owners.

Vision

To sustain Winter Creek as a premier golf community by working together with all residents to offer an inspiring lifestyle and preserve the beauty, safety, and value of our properties and neighborhoods.

Guiding Principles

Guiding Principles for the Winter Creek Estates POA's Board Members:

  • Take a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners.

  • Communicate with homeowners in a timely manner through appropriate mediums.

  • Conduct business with transparency by providing regular financial statements, meeting agendas and minutes to the homeowners.

  • To make and implement responsible decisions regarding the use of funds and assets belonging to the Association.  

  • Uphold the Covenants, By-Laws, Deed Restrictions, and Policies of the Homeowners Association.

  • Protect and enhance the value of our neighborhood by maintaining all common areas. 

  • Treat every issue which comes before the Board with respect. 

  • To ensure that all additions/changes to lots, homes, and property in the subdivision will preserve and/or enhance the value of our properties as a whole.

  • Work with residents in a professional, objective, ethical manner and resolve or respond to requests in a timely manner. 

  • Enable opportunities for community activities and committees promoting a neighborly subdivision that works together for the good of all.
